Refund policy

Should you receive a faulty product, or are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item so that we can arrange a refund. Your order will need to be sent back via registered mail at your expense before we can refund you. This entire process needs to be managed within 10 days. 

All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, undamaged. Please email studio@rayarossi.com to organise your return.

Please note some of our pieces are handmade, and may vary a little from our pictures.
